- Each section of the festival (EDU, ART, MUSIC, PRO) requires a separate ticket. Combined tickets are not available.

- Every ART ticket is valid for a 2-hour indoor experience (enough to enjoy all the included activities). It allows you to access only the selected day and time slot. Please arrive 15 minutes early in order to check-in. The ticket can not be refunded.

- The MUSIC tickets are available in a limited number and will be delivered with different releases. Make sure to purchase your ticket at the best price by checking the release dates. No door tickets available.

- The Lichtgarten is a free admission open-air area with no limitations on stay.

- Food, Drinks, Digital Installations and Music will welcome you there every day.

- If specific time slot or event tickets go sold out, access to the Festival will not be guaranteed. To ensure easier access, we suggest everyone purchase the Online Ticket.

- Children under 6 can enter for free.

- Visitors with disabilities are eligible for a reduced rate, and their companions enter for free.

- The Immersive program can be risky for people with epilepsy.

- The Kunstkraftwerk is partially accessible for visitors in wheelchairs.

- Seating is limited in the main auditorium otherwise floor seating is available.

- Pets are not allowed in the art centre.
