Premiered by the prestigious British magazine FACT, the show is based on the performance of the musician who, using sophisticated sensors applied on the drum kit, controls in real time both the entire musical apparatus and the live visuals. 100% live. At each touch of the drums correspond different actions: the change of a musical note, a video/colour change, switching on or off a video effect, as well as the modulation of different parameters, both audio and video, through the use of audio-reactive filters.

“WAVES” is an immersive A/V concert that blends three different aesthetics: music, visuals, and the theme of the sea. It explores the sea as a symbol of identity’s multifaceted nature. The concert aims to create a syncretic experience, encouraging the audience to reflect on their present and inner space in the context of our uncertain contemporary world. The sea and its waves symbolize fluidity and the journey towards self-awareness and identity, emphasizing the idea that one’s identity is inseparable from the awareness of one’s own “sea.”
