Who OUBEY was, what kind of man he was and what intellectual and creative forces drove him are some of the most frequently asked questions since the beginning of the MINDKISS Project. They are questions which following OUBEYs untimely death and so without any active contribution on his part need to be answered with an even greater degree of care and consideration.
This was a challenge which could only be mastered by a marvelous cooperation, leading to the experimental conception of the OUBEY Experience Film. Using original image and sound recordings, private Super 8 and video material, the film lets OUBEY – and only OUBEY – speak, not just in his own words but at various points in his own voice. Digital reworking of the original material with a computer programm is correlated with the experimental cast of the MINDKISS Project and the extraordinary soundtrack by sound artist KangdingRay which gives the film its own special audio rhythm in which natural sounds are combined with synthetic sounds - leading viewers through a seemingly strange and unfamiliar soundscape.

Fourteen of the best Italian digital art studios have been selected and invited into creating a collective digital work, using their own creativity and technological skills: a 45 minutes program with 360° video projections accompanied by appropriately composed music.
It is the first real Italian gathering of this exhibition format.

The final result is a remarkable immersive opera, with a strong visual and emotional impact,
collecting the very best very best of Italian digital artistic production, which is characterized by its great inclination towards experiential and sensorial involvement of the public, through latest generation techniques, languages and technologies.
